Before you complete your enrolment

To complete the form, you will need to have the following ready:

• Your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
• A pic or scan of your Photo ID (E.g. Drivers License or Passport)

The enrolment process includes the following steps:

1. Undergo a pre-enrolment interview, either over the phone or in person
2. The interview will identify any special needs, any credit transfers or opportunities for any possible recognition of prior learning.
3. Complete and LLN assessment at the level of the course you are enrolling into. A link will be emailed to you or you can complete it at our office.
4. Complete this form
5. Once approved and your enrolment is processed (same or next working day) a welcome email will be sent to you
6. If there is a fee associated with your course, you will receive an invoice for the fee, once your initial fee is paid you will get access to our online learning system where you will have access to all your learning materials and assessments for your course.
7. If applicable we will confirm dates, times and locations for face-to-face training.
