Child Protection Refresher Course (NSW)

This short course is designed for early childhood educators, childcare staff, and support workers in New South Wales who need to refresh their understanding of child protection responsibilities, including recognising signs of abuse, responding to disclosures, and understanding reporting obligations.

• 90 days access to complete the course

Who Should Complete This Course?

Ideal for individuals who have previously completed accredited training (e.g. CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025) and need to maintain current knowledge in line with Regulation 84 and Quality Area 2 of the National Quality Framework.

This course is also suitable for:

• Early childhood educators and carers
• Teachers and education support staff
• Volunteers and non-accredited workers in child-related roles
• Anyone looking to meet their professional obligations under NSW child protection laws

Please note: This is a refresher course and not a nationally recognised qualification. It provides valuable professional development to support ongoing compliance and best practice.
